Military Chaplaincy Program

The Military Chaplaincy Program at LTSS is designed to provide theological education for current and future military chaplains. 

The program is designed around four areas:

• Discernment Opportunities
• Master of Divinity with Military Chaplaincy Emphasis
• Professional Development & Advanced Degrees
• Professional Development (Non-Degree)

Lutheran Theological Southern Seminary began this program with the assistance of a grant from the Thrivent Financial for Lutherans Foundation.  LTSS is a perfect location for education for military chaplains because of our close proximity to the Armed Forces Chaplaincy Center.
